Cathy Ford is the creator and host of Womanhood Today, a podcast dedicated to exploring and redefining what it means to be a woman in the 21st century. With a passion for storytelling, empowerment, and social change, Cathy brings decades of experience in communication and leadership to the table.
Cathy lives in Albuquerque, NM, with her husband, Mark, and their beloved dog, Molly. Whether she’s walking in the park, traveling the world, or snuggling on the couch, her family is the heart of everything she does. Cathy founded Womanhood Today to create a platform where women from all walks of life can share their stories, challenge societal norms, and foster greater understanding.
A true servant leader, Cathy is driven by the belief that representation, education, and inclusivity have the power to change the world. "I succeed when others find their voice," she says. "Empowering women to embrace their identities and share their experiences is how we create lasting impact."
